Shenyang Yuanda Aluminum Industry Engineering Co., Ltd focuses on R & D, design, manufacture, installation and construction as well as after-sales service of curtain wall products. At present, it ranks the first world wide in production and sales. It has established overseas branches in more than twenty countries and regions.
 
Shenyang Brilliant Elevator Co., Ltd focuses on R & D, design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of escalators and elevators. By end of 2010, its products have been exported to 94 countries and regions in the world and it has set up overseas branches in more than ten countries.

Shenyang Yuanda Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd (CNYD·M.E.) was founded in 2005. It majors in the R & D, design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of electric motors and wind turbines and it has gained ISO9001-2000 certification for quality management.
 
Yuanda motors are in accordance with IEC standards and Yuanda wind turbines are granted certification by CGC (China General Certification). Yuanda motors are widely used in power station, oil field, mine, petroleum and chemical industry, coal industry, metallurgy industry , etc to drive different general machines such as water pump, blower, crusher, grinding mill, compressor, transportation equipment, rolling mill and other facilities. Yuanda MW-class wind turbines are applied in clean energy generation for sustainable development of human kind.

By the end of 2010, CNYD.M.E. has exported its products to over ten countries and regions in Southeast Asia, Middle-East, Latin America and Africa.


YDF-1500-77 Wind turbine

YFD1500 wind turbine is developed independently by Shenyang Yuanda Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., ltd. Its cabin is designed with transitional streamlining outline, a total weight of 66.6 tons (excluding hub and blades), wind rotor diameter length of 77 meters, blade length of 37.5 meters and rated output power of 1.5MW.
 
Performance Features:
YFD1500 series includes various types for inland/costal/ island areas according to China’s wind resource characteristics of low cut-in and rated wind speed, 3.5m/s & 11m/s respectively. Normal temperature and low temperature classifications and additional anti-dust design make it better suitable to local working environments in China.
Product features
■The self-developed YRF wind turbines are of high electricity generating efficiency, low temperature rise and vibration, and the design can be optimized and improved according to clients’ practical requests.
■Yuanda pays special attention to product quality and has been outsourcing from reputed part suppliers from China and abroad so as to improve the turbine reliability.
■Yuanda wind turbines have excellent Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) ability and are accessible to the grid even under grid fluctuations so as to avoid damage to the grid, which is in accordance with the development tendency of the grid
